    Revert "Drop dwarf4 patch in favor of config files"
    
    This reverts commit 4d5309efc8f3f57e0efbc7edacef7907f945aad7 in order to
    fix an issue where debug information is enabled by default even when -g
    is not used.
    
    Resolves: rhbz#2239619.
