Add systemd scriptlets
    
    Require systemd-rpm-macros instead of the full systemd-devel package.
    Dunst only requires pkgconfig(systemd) for automatic detection of
    systemd support, and doesn't use anything else from the systemd rpm.
    If we override the check with SYSTEMD=1, the dependency is no longer
    necessary.
