These two fields allow to specify a different default assignee for ticket opened against this package in bugzilla. Note: The EPEL field is always displayed for packages in the 'rpms' namespace regardless of whether it is used in bugzilla or not.

Add patch to allow reconfiguring the dbus-prefix without rebuilding. This is needed to make EDS work with the new Flatpak infrastructure; Also remove remove support _eds_dbus_services_prefix - this was only used by F38 and earlier Flatpak builds.
