Let's wait until the discussion in #1686411 is resolved.

I'm not sure there's really any discussion to be had. The request meets all of the criteria FESCo has set for the presets.

Sure, it meets the formal criteria. But this does not mean that the request makes sense in its current form. I'm pretty sure we don't want another permanently running service just because cockpit might need it.
