Remove gdb-rhbz1553104-s390x-arch12-test.patch
    
    This patch adds an s390x/arch12 binary file to disassemble, checking
    for the appearance of two arch12 insns. Remove this patch in favor
    of binutil's version, which is much more complete with much more
    coverage.
