more ghc libraries subpackaging fixes and other cleanup
    
    - use buildroot instead of RPM_BUILD_ROOT
    - rename ghcpkgbasedir to ghclibdir
    - split "[name-version]" args into "[name] [version]" args
    - move remaining name and version macro options (-n and -v) to args
    - drop deprecated -o options
