Change URL for README back to a local file path
    
    I had set Source1 to be the README from the online git repo because
    fedpkg or fedora-review complained that it didn't contain a fully
    qualified domain name. But now during test mockbuilds, it complains that
    the README to be downloaded is the same as the one in the local git
    repo, so I guess I'll change Source1 back to a local file path.
