These two fields allow to specify a different default assignee for ticket opened against this package in bugzilla. Note: The EPEL field is always displayed for packages in the 'rpms' namespace regardless of whether it is used in bugzilla or not.

Somewhat more minimal README. I've decided to move some of the information, which had been duplicated among all my GNOME Shell extension packages, to a sort of meta repo, which will just be basic notes for my own use when working on package specs.
