Move setup notes to catting from spec file, for easier auto builds
    
    Automated builds for when new upstream releases are detected apparently
    don't check out this git repository, they just download the spec and any
    SOURCE files with public URLs. So hopefully catting the old README info
    from inside the spec instead will let the automated builds work
    correctly.
