I checked with koschei, and the update didn't introduce new failures over what's already been broken.

Looks good from packaging perspective; LGTM.

This is fine. Do we need to update the link on the URL field? I don't see it on the upstream downloads page. (Though, the source URL does show 11).

The new version was reported by anitya, and the modular packages already have version 11 - so it should be fine.
