These two fields allow to specify a different default assignee for ticket opened against this package in bugzilla. Note: The EPEL field is always displayed for packages in the 'rpms' namespace regardless of whether it is used in bugzilla or not.

drop es_PH cause neither our glibc or libreoffice support it give the subpackages English names instead of locale ids keep hunspell-es as a virtual package which pulls in the others like hunspell-en, no need for obsoletes/provides then I believe
