Disable meanwhile plugin
    
    The meanwhile plugin has never been compiling upstream.
    Prior to CMake 3.28, FindLibMeanwhile.cmake failed to find libmeanwhile
    even if we were installing it in the build environment. For some reason
    it now started detecting it, so we need to remove it again to keep
    building kopete.
