    - Build again for s390x and ppc64le
    - Drop boost-devel build requires
    - Drop workaround patch to fix a GCC13 build issue
    - Add a libcamera-v4l2-devel sub-package for the V4L2 compatibility layer
    - Re-sign IPA modules after debug symbol stripping
