Fix Flatpak-from-RPM build
    
    ...after flatpak-rpm-macros-31-1 now causes the runtime dependency
    apache-commons-logging to (correctly) install commons-logging-1.2.jar in
    /app/share/java/ rather than /usr/share/java/
