Update to 0.10.0
    
    - resolves: #1974009
    
    - lnav can now use libarchive to read archived files
    - openssh is needed for tests now - lnav has now support for reading
      remote files via ssh
    - I've dropped `-std=c++14`, since the code seems to compile with C++17
      now
    - `CPPFLAGS` has to be defined now for `src/tools/Makefile.am`,
      hopefully it'll be fixed in upstream
