Remove build dependency on cegui.
    I didn't notice that with 1.7 ogre no longer has a build dependency on cegui,
    but cegui now has one on ogre, which was making rebuilding ogre difficult
    after a soname bump for boost. Removing the unwanted build dependency should
    fix this.
