HTTPD files

    Files for running Apache HTTPD are provided in
    /usr/share/keystone.  They are the wsgi enabling python file
    and the file for configuring Apache.  Documentation for enabling
    Apache HTTPD is in the upstream git repo, and is generated in the
    docs directory.
