Depend on python-keystonemiddleware
    
    This move magically resolves any issues with swift3 (such as
    symbol '_' not found).
    
    Since we're at it, add proxy-logging. It was required since Grizzly.
    It's true that the checker force-adds it, but 1) it's a message, and
    2) it adds it where it likes.
