Re-introduce --tls-remote for Fedora EPEL-6/EPEL-7 only
    
    In addition to re-introduce a deprecated feature, the man page and Changes.rst
    have been updated to reflect that this is exceptional for Fedora EPEL.  The
    --version information adds [Fedora EPEL patched] and the OpenVPN log will
    scream about this deprecated feature, noting this is a Fedora EPEL specific
    feature now.
    
    Similar warnings are also added for a few other options being removed in
    OpenVPN v2.5, --compat-names and --no-name-remapping.
