Adjust changelog dates to placate rpmlint
    
    Rebuild happened whilst waiting for new dependencies to be reviewed,
    so updates for 1.50 and 1.51 had to be rebased, leaving out of order
    changelog entries. The last two changelog entries were given the same
    date as the rebuild entry to keep rpmlint happy.
