Update to 0.6.5
    
    From 0.6.0, pyroute2 has moved to a more modular packaging splitting the
    code among several modules and tarballs. pyroute2 is kept as a metapackage which
    requires and uses all the rest maintaining backwards compatibility.
    
    Even if the module has been splitted, all of them are maintained in a
    single repo and release together so I'd say it's still appropiate to
    manage all in a single srpm. In this first approach i'm keeping a single
    rpm python3-pyroute2 with the whole functionality.
