Fix flatpak build
    
    soundfonts are shipped with apps, not the runtime, and therefore are in
    /app rather than /usr.  Wayland support is desired for modern desktops.
    Avoid creating a second copy of the desktop file or unnecessarily
    renaming the appstream metainfo file.
