tweak deps a bit, don't hard depend on mysql interface
    
    Add some 1.1 notes and a commented block of optional deps for
    info. Also don't hard depend on the MySQL PDO interface as
    roundcube can support multiple databases; add a note to the
    README explaining how to set up user's desired db config.
