Current dependencies for python{2,3}-tbb-2018.2-2.fc28:

$ dnf repoquery --disablerepo=* --enablerepo=rawhide --requires python2-tbb | grep python
/usr/bin/python3
libpython2.7.so.1.0()(64bit)
python(abi) = 2.7

$ dnf repoquery --disablerepo=* --enablerepo=rawhide --requires python3-tbb | grep python
/usr/bin/python2
libpython3.6m.so.1.0()(64bit)
python(abi) = 3.6

This looks like a small copy-paste error, the shebangs for Python 3 should be fixed in python3 build directory.
