Package org.eclipse.osgi and org.eclipse.jdt.core.
    
    Mavenized versions org.eclipse.osgi and org.eclipse.jdt.core were
    provided by Eclipse, but since it depends on Tycho at build-time, we
    cannot depend upon it at runtime. Therefore we must provide these
    bundles.
