Subject: [PATCH] Change KDC error for encrypted timestamp preauth

When encrypted timestamp pre-authentication fails, respond with error
code KDC_ERR_PREAUTH_FAILED, rather than KRB_AP_ERR_BAD_INTEGRITY, for
consistency with other Kerberos implementations.
